Which chains and networks do you support?
We support Ethereum Mainnet and Polygon, and Goerli testnet. We could easily support any EVM-based chain with a special request
What are the prerequisites for using Linkdrop?
You need to have minted NFTs of the desired format and own these NFTs, plus some amount of native tokens of the chosen network. If you don’t know where to start with NFTs, feel free to contact us for some help
Will the end user pay gas to claim the NFT?
The dashboard has an option for the link creator to “sponsor” the claim transaction, this will allow users to claim NFTs without paying for gas (it will be secured in advance and sourced from the contract at transaction). It costs 0.3 MATIC or 0.02 ETH depending on chosen network. The unused amount could be refunded using dashboard after the campaign ends.
Is there an option to reimburse payment for gas rather than pay in advance?
Yes. If you sign a partnership agreement with us, we whitelist your account and you do not pay for gas (for sponsoring NFT claims) in advance, but reimburse it monthly by invoices.
Can I change the claim application appearance to fit my branding?
Yes, that’s possible, but priced separately. Please contact us for more details
Which wallets do you support?
We have a wide range of supported wallets and we have the option to connect with WalletConnect. You can also set a default wallet, and in the claim app it will be the one prompted to user
Are any custom flows possible with Linkdrop?
